Deposit it non-refundable. If you cancel the booking at least 48 hours prior to the meeting date, the deposit can be carried over to another booking within 2 weeks of the initial date. If you cancel within 48 hours of the booking, you will have to pay another deposit to book again

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I ask for the full remaining fee to be paid as cancellation fee. This is a requirement before you can make another booking.

It is very rare for me to cancel a booking. If I am no longer able to make the agreed date, then I will offer 3 different dates at your earlier convenience. If we fail to reschedule the booking, I will refund the deposit and any amount paid towards the booking. If I cancel because you have given me reason to feel unsafe or has been disrespectful, then no money will be refunded and the booking will not be rescheduled.
